Pellet Single screw Gravimetry feeder
Gravimetry feeder is designed to provide gravimetric feeding of pellets, granules, free
flowing powders and other bulk materials.
Single screw feeder with interchangeable feed screws is mounted on C2 scale. The scale
material is stainless steel and the scale housing is completely enclosed. All parts contact
with material being fed are stainless steel. The feeder is easily disassembled for cleaning
or change-over.
Powder twin screw Gravimetry feeder
Gravimetry feeder is designed to provide high accuracy and feeding program for a wide variety of
materials including poor flowing powders, fibers and fakes.
Twin screw feeder with interchangeable feed screws is mounted on C2 scale. The scale is stainless steel and the scale housing is completely enclosed. All material contact parts are stainless steel.
The feeder is easily disassembled for cleaning or change over. Special design of feeding bowl
is unique and patented, horizontal agitator is equipped to improve material filling into screw flight.
Vertical agitator is an option for poor flowing powder in case of bridging.
