Spiral Washing Machine combines different techniques to achieve a washing adapted to the characteristics of each vegetable, usually it includes a feeder machine, one or two spiral washing machine, one air dryer machine, and one spin dryer.
The washer works continuously using a combination of water agitation for cleaning, and vibrator for de-watering and transportation. Water is circulated through the system to keep the operating costs low.
The line is friendly to cut leafy vegetables like spinach, leek, iceberg, lettuce, pickles and cabbage.
Both sinking and floating vegetables can be washed with the vegetable cleaning line. In addition, this line can also be used for mixing salads. The whirl and flow can be adjusted separately with different valves. In this way the vegetables can be mixed homogeneously. And after opening the valve for flow, the vegetables can be transported out of the machine through the vibrating sieve conveyor.
The vegetable Washing Line can also be integrated into a multi-stage washing solution. This is especially useful for cleaning vegetables with a higher dirt content because the integration of every additional washing stage will contribute to an even cleaner product and to a very low germ count.
